They have good stuff....I don't like any pepper jack myself...

I think they insert artificial 'extract' into the cheese along with a few chunks of actual pepper.

You eat it, burp afterwards, and smell like you inhaled an entire Mexican restaurant. Same concept with many flavored chips.
